Services
Catalyst Mental Health provides mental health training in the workplace and one-on-one mental health services. Our services are designed to improve mental health awareness, provide support, and promote mental well-being.
Use of Services
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Workplace Training
Workplace mental health training is provided to employees and organizations. Training sessions must be scheduled in advance and may be subject to additional terms agreed upon between Catalyst Mental Health and the employer.
One-on-One Services
One-on-one mental health services are provided to individuals seeking personalized support. Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
User Responsibilities
Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our services. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your information and updating it as necessary.
Confidentiality
You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any information you receive during our training sessions or one-on-one services. This includes respecting the privacy of other participants and not disclosing any personal information shared during sessions.
Compliance with Laws
You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
Payment and Cancellation
Fees
Fees for our services will be communicated to you at the time of booking. All fees are due and payable as specified in the invoice or payment request.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Intellectual Property
All content provided through our services, including training materials, written content, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Catalyst Mental Health. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Catalyst Mental Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.
