The Working Mind

The Working Mind is a powerful and dynamic course that approaches mental health as a spectrum, not just a static state. Participants learn to assess mental well-being, ranging from feeling healthy and resilient to experiencing severe symptoms of distress.

In addition to visualizing mental health across a spectrum, you’ll gain practical tools to manage stress and build resilience, empowering you to handle life’s challenges more easily and confidently. You’ll learn how to identify your stress triggers, break unhelpful patterns, and develop strategies to promote emotional balance. 

Course Overview

Module 1: Mental Health and Stigma – Explore mental health concepts and the effects of stigma. (90 mins)

Module 2: The Mental Health Continuum – Use a specialized tool to monitor mental health and foster open discussions. (90 mins)

Module 3: Stress & Resilience – Delve into stress management and resilience-building strategies. (90 mins)

Module 4 (Managers Only): Supporting Your Team – Focus on strategies for managers to support their team’s mental well-being. (90 mins)
